  1. three ripe peaches
  2. 1 tablespoon Cointreau (orange flavoured liqueur)
  3. 2 x 350ml Luscious Peach Iced Tea, chilled
  4. 750ml Champagne, chilled

The instruction how to make Sparkling peach iced-tea bellini

  1. Place two peaches in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Leave for 2 mins, drain. Peel peaches and discard skin. Place peach flesh into a bowl, add Cointreau and manner with a stick mixer till easy. It makes about 1 cup (250 ml) puree. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for half-hour to chill.
  2. Cut final peach in half of and get rid of stone. Finely chop, slice or overwhelm flesh. Add 1-2 tablespoons chilled peach puree to serving glasses, pinnacle with tea and champagne. Add some chopped, sliced or crushed peach flesh. Serve.
