The ingredient of Beef fajitas

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 2 (about 400g) red meat scotch fillets, thinly sliced
  3. 1 pink onion, cut into wedges
  4. 1 crimson capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  5. 1 yellow capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  6. 2 teaspoons floor coriander
  7. 2 teaspoons floor cumin
  8. 1/2 cup (125ml) smoky barbecue sauce
  9. 8 flour tortillas
  10. 1 ripe avocado, stoned, peeled, mashed
  11. Tomato salsa, to serve
  12. Sour cream, to serve
  13. Mixed salad leaves, to serve

The instruction how to make Beef fajitas

  1. Heat 1 teaspoonful of the oil in a huge frying pan over high heat. Add one-sector of the beef and cook dinner, turning from time to time, for 1-2 mins or till brown. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat in three extra batches with final beef.
